Dr Dhvani Shah is an associate dentist at Oradental in Kings Lynn, and has just graduated from the UCL Eastman Dental Institute with a certificate in ‘Advanced aesthetic dentistry'.
Dr Shah said: ‘I was looking for a course that would sharpen my skills in cosmetic dentistry as well as integrate into my work and family life.
‘I'm an overseas dentist and had to take my qualifying exams at the Eastman, so I already knew of its reputation. The programme gave wide coverage of all the products, latest inputs, updates and materials. The course, tutors and support staff were excellent.
‘Now I'm cautiously confident to look after patients who ask about cosmetic treatment, whereas before I'd have thought twice before proceeding.
‘In our area, there is no one to refer patients to, so we've opened up a whole new option to our patients.'
